Graphic Design
One of my responsibilities as a Center for Engaged Learning intern was creating professional and eye-catching promotional material for the Center. I created a job ad (photo 1), and after I copyediting weekly blog posts in Microsoft Teams and Word, I transitioned over to Adobe Illustrator to create featured images for the posts. In line with the Center's style and branding, each of these graphics feature eye-catching but simple photographs with clear, legible writing. Using Illustrator to make these was one of the most useful and important things I learned during my internship. After completing this internship, I am comfortable with the Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and InDesign programs in the Adobe Suite.
